A private vehicle, deliberately quiet.

FBL Investment Fund S.P.C. manages private capital across a limited number of strategies, each held within its own segregated portfolio. The Fund does not advertise, does not market to the public, and does not accept subscriptions through this website. Relationships begin with a conversation and proceed through the Fund's offering documents.

We measure the Fund's work in years, not quarters. Its structure, governance and reporting are designed to be examined: everything material to a prospective investor is set out in the confidential offering memorandum made available to eligible investors on request.

How the Fund conducts itself.

Preservation before return

Risk is weighed before opportunity. Liquidity, concentration and downside are assessed on their own terms for each segregated portfolio.

A long horizon

The Fund is built for patient capital. Declining an opportunity that does not meet its standards is treated as an ordinary, acceptable outcome.

Alignment and governance

Independent administration, audited financial statements and plain reporting to investors are part of the Fund's design, not an afterthought.

Segregation, by statute.

The Fund is incorporated under the BVI Business Companies Act as a segregated portfolio company. It may establish one or more segregated portfolios; the assets and liabilities of each portfolio are attributed to that portfolio and are legally separate from those of every other portfolio and from the company's general assets.

The Fund's administrator, auditor, legal counsel and banking arrangements are identified in its offering documents, together with the terms of each segregated portfolio. These documents are provided to eligible investors as part of the subscription process.

For professional and eligible investors.

Information about the Fund, including its offering documents, is available only to persons who qualify as professional or eligible investors under the laws of their jurisdiction, and only where providing it is lawful. Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for, the public.
